Web Development and Design Services: For web development and design projects, if you wish to cancel the project before its completion, we will assess the work completed thus far and determine an appropriate refund amount based on the stage of the project. Please note that any completed work or expenses incurred up to the cancellation date will be deducted from the refund amount. Once the project is completed and delivered, refunds are not applicable.

Digital Marketing Services: If you decide to cancel your digital marketing services before the agreed-upon duration, we require a notice period of 30 days. You will be responsible for any outstanding fees for the notice period, and any prepaid fees for unused services beyond the notice period will be refunded.

Website Automation and Other Creative Services: For website automation and other creative services, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. We kindly request that you contact our team directly to discuss your specific situation. We will assess the work completed and determine an appropriate refund, if applicable.

Refund Processing: Once a refund has been approved, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the initial transaction.

Change Requests and Modifications: We understand that changes may be required during the course of a project or service. We strive to accommodate reasonable change requests to meet your expectations. However, please note that significant changes or additional requests beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges and may impact project timelines.
